Plain documentation
Quotations, variation orders and handover packs are written in straightforward English so you can hand them to a spouse, contractor or assessor without translation.
We started Magnivo Roof Solutions Sdn. Bhd. in 2017 because too many homeowners in the Klang Valley were being passed between salespeople and uninsured subcontractors. The company was set up to do the opposite: long-tenured crews, written paperwork, and a phone that rings through to someone who has actually been on a roof.
The roofing market in Malaysia is unusual. Anyone with a ladder and a Facebook page can call themselves a contractor, and most homeowners only meet roofers in an emergency. That mismatch creates rushed decisions, vague paperwork and the kind of recurring leaks no one wants. Magnivo was built to take the panic out of the conversation.
Every supervisor on our site has been with us four years or longer. Materials we recommend are the materials we install — no quiet substitutions. Quotations are written so a layperson, an architect, or an insurance assessor can all read the same document.
We grew slowly on purpose. The numbers below describe a company sized to its team — and a team sized to its workload.

If a product wouldn’t survive our own families’ monsoons, it doesn’t end up on a customer’s roof. Cheaper-looking quotes from competitors usually mean a thinner gauge or a lighter coating.
The person who quotes the job is the person you call during it, and the person who signs the handover. No project changes hands at Magnivo unless someone is genuinely on leave.
We carry a deliberately short list of manufacturers — three for tiles, two for metal, one for waterproofing membranes — because depth beats breadth when supplies get tight after a storm. Each system has been chosen for how it behaves in tropical sun and torrential rain, not for how it sells.
If a less expensive option will do the job your house actually needs, that is what we’ll recommend. Our supervisors are not paid on commission.
