The terms under which we operate this website and accept roofing work in Malaysia. Written in plain English wherever possible.
Effective from 1 April 2026. These terms govern your use of this website and any commercial relationship you enter into with Magnivo Roof Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (“Magnivo”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or commissioning works from us, you accept the terms below.
1. About us
We are Magnivo Roof Solutions Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian-incorporated private company holding SSM Reg. No. 202301045678 (1518227-D). Our registered office is Level 12, Wisma Selangor Dredging, 142-C Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur. Where these terms refer to “the website” we mean the pages published under the domain magnivo.pro.
2. Use of this website
The content of this website is published for information only. You may browse, download for personal reference and share links with others. You may not republish, sell or otherwise commercially exploit any content without our written permission.
3. Site availability
We aim to keep the website online and current, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy at every moment. Service pages describe our standard scopes — the binding scope of any particular project is the one set out in your individual quotation.
4. Submitting an enquiry
Submitting a contact form is not a contract. It is an invitation for us to respond with a quotation or further questions. A contract is formed only when you have signed (or written acceptance of) a Magnivo quotation document.
5. Quotations
Quotations are valid for thirty calendar days from the date issued, unless extended in writing. Prices include 6% Service Tax where applicable and are itemised so you can see exactly what is being charged for.
6. Payments
Standard payment terms split into a deposit (typically 30%), an interim payment on material delivery, and a final balance due within seven days of practical completion. Variations to scope are documented separately and quoted in writing before being executed.
7. Warranties and guarantees
Workmanship guarantees range from 12 months for spot repairs to 60 months for full re-roofs. Manufacturer material warranties are registered in your name where applicable. Warranties are voided by third-party works performed on the roof after handover, by deliberate misuse, or by unattributed storm damage.
8. Site safety and access
Customers must ensure safe access to the roof, attic and gutter line during scheduled works. We’ll advise on any pre-works actions such as moving vehicles or trimming overhanging branches before mobilisation.
9. Insurance
Magnivo carries public liability insurance to RM 5,000,000. Documentation is available on request. We are happy to assist with paperwork where you intend to claim works under household insurance.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability under any single project is limited to the total value of that project. We are not liable for incidental consequential loss (e.g. spoiled possessions due to a roof leak unrelated to our works).
11. Cancellation
Project cancellation by the customer after deposit will be reconciled fairly, recovering only out-of-pocket materials and unrecoverable mobilisation costs. Cancellation by Magnivo (for example, due to discovery of unsafe site conditions) will be reasoned in writing and any deposit refunded except for documented survey time.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by correspondence will be submitted to the Kuala Lumpur courts.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to active customers by email. The version current at the date of any new project will apply to that project.
